The effort in which IRIS members have been engaged in for many years is not only that of promoting forms of dialogue amongst researchers from different scientific sectors but also that of exploring possible research paths that are enriched by a plurality of approaches and points of views. The integration of data gathered through different variables and indicators, the comparison of contrasting results and the need for respectful listening allows for the arising of precious opportunities for unmasking the narratives, imageries and scenarios underpinning and guiding culture and thought.
